1. Add a learner so the organisation has somewhere to place programmes, appointments, and sessions.
2. Invite a therapist or supervisor so delivery staff can join the organisation.
3. Create and assign a programme so the learner has clinical content ready for delivery.
4. Schedule an appointment so the therapist has a clear first session to run.

Optional Pro-first steps

If your organisation uses Pro features, the dashboard also highlights the AI Programme Creator and the BCBA Assistant as next-step tools.
