Creating Appointments
How managers create appointments, what fields are required, and which checks can block the booking.
Who can create appointments?
Only admins and supervisors can create appointments.
What is required?
- Learner
- Therapist
- Session date
- Start time
- End time
- Location
Notes are optional.
Important scheduling checks
- The end time must be after the start time.
- The selected therapist must already be assigned to the learner.
- The learner must have a saved location before a location can be selected.
- Therapist overlaps are blocked.
- Learner overlaps trigger a warning and can only proceed if the manager enables the overlap override.
After a successful save, the app returns to the calendar and shows a confirmation banner.
