Using Learner Reports

What the learner report page includes

The learner report combines appointment and session data into one view for a selected learner.

Summary cards

The top of the report shows quick totals for:

• Sessions delivered
• Attendance completed
• Attendance no-show
• Ad-hoc sessions

Target highlights

The page also surfaces top improving targets and top stalled or declining targets so teams can quickly spot momentum and concern areas.

Target summary table

The target summary section lists programme, target, measurement type, points in range, and the latest value recorded for that target.
