A practical role overview showing which parts of the platform admins, supervisors, and therapists use.
Admin access
Admins handle organisation setup and management. In the current app, admins control team invites, settings, billing, pay and invoicing, and other organisation-wide workflows.
Supervisor access
Supervisors support operational delivery. They work in learner, programme, and appointment workflows, and they can use team calendar views to manage scheduling across the organisation.
Therapist access
Therapists work in their own delivery flow. They use My Calendar, open their own appointments, start their own sessions, and view their own session records.
