Assigning supervision

Only admins can add or clear supervision on an appointment.

Rules for supervision

• The appointment must still be scheduled.
• The selected supervisor must be a supervisor in the same organisation.
• The supervision start and end times must fall inside the appointment window.

Starting a session from an appointment

Only the therapist assigned to the appointment can click Start session. The appointment must still be scheduled.

If that therapist already has an in-progress session linked to the appointment, the button changes behavior and the app sends them back to Resume session instead of creating a second one.

If a completed, submitted, or reviewed session already exists for the appointment, the app blocks another start.

What happens when the session starts?

The app creates a session linked to the appointment, copies the appointment location into the session, and snapshots the learner's active targets for data collection.
