How monthly forecast and actual invoice PDFs are generated from the team member pay page.

Two invoice modes

The pay page offers two downloadable PDF invoice types:

Forecast invoice
Actual invoice

How month selection works

Admins select the month on the pay page first, then download the invoice for that month.

What the invoice is based on

The invoice uses the same earnings calculations shown on screen, so the downloadable PDF matches the monthly totals and line items currently being viewed.

Best practice

Check that the hourly rate is correct before exporting, because the invoice amount is calculated directly from that saved rate.
