Creating Recurring Appointments
How weekly and monthly recurrence works, including interval, end conditions, and follow-up edits by scope.
Recurring appointment options
Appointment recurrence is optional. When enabled, the app supports:
- Weekly recurrence with one or more weekdays
- Monthly recurrence by day of month or by nth weekday
Interval and end conditions
Managers can set an interval and choose how the series ends:
- Number of occurrences
- Until date
The recurrence count must be between 1 and 260.
Editing recurring appointments later
When opening an appointment that belongs to a series, managers can apply changes to:
- This occurrence only
- All future occurrences
- Entire series
Recurrence settings are only relevant for series edits. Single occurrence edits do not need series recurrence changes.
