The pay workflow is designed for therapists and supervisors.
Setting the hourly rate
Admins open the team member's Pay & Invoices page and enter the rate in GBP per hour.
Why the rate matters
The app needs a saved hourly rate before it can calculate monthly earnings or generate invoices for that team member.
What happens if no rate is set?
The page shows a warning and the invoice workflow is effectively blocked until a valid rate is saved.
