Upgrading To Pro
How admins upgrade from Free to Pro and how billing intents from feature paywalls feed into checkout.
Who can upgrade?
Only admins can start the Pro upgrade flow.
Where upgrades start
Admins can upgrade from the main Billing page, and the app can also send them into Billing from specific paywalls such as:
- Add learner
- BCBA Assistant
- AI Programmes
What checkout uses
Checkout starts with a learner quantity based on the organisation's current learner usage and the source of the upgrade flow.
After checkout
When Stripe checkout completes successfully, the app returns to Billing and refreshes the organisation's Pro status shortly afterwards.
