Using The Learner Workspace

What the learner overview, key information, run sheet, and progress pages are for and how different roles use them.

Learner overview

The learner overview page is the summary screen. It shows basic learner details, assigned staff, notes, and any programmes already attached to the learner.

Key Information

The Key Information page stores structured background details across sections such as basic context, clinical background, communication profile, learning and behaviour, family priorities, and baseline snapshot.

Admins and supervisors can update this page. Other roles can open it in read-only mode.

Run Sheet

The Run Sheet groups the learner's active targets by programme. Managers can use it to check setup before session collection, while therapists use it as their session-facing target view.

Progress

The Progress page shows learner progress data and includes a quick link to the learner report page for deeper reporting and export workflows.

How teams typically use the workspace

  1. Admins or supervisors create the learner and assign staff.
  2. Managers add key information, contacts, locations, and programmes.
  3. Therapists use the learner's run sheet during delivery and review learner progress over time.
