Managing BCBA Assistant Threads

How chat threads are created, titled, revisited, and deleted inside the BCBA Assistant.

Creating a new thread

Admins can start a new BCBA Assistant chat at any time. New threads begin as separate conversations so work can stay organised by topic or learner.

New chats begin with a default title and are then renamed from the first user message, making the thread list easier to scan later.

The assistant keeps a thread list ordered by most recently updated conversation so admins can reopen and continue earlier discussions.

Threads can also be deleted when they are no longer needed. Deleting a thread removes that conversation history from the assistant workspace.
