Using Calendar Views
How personal and team calendar views work, including week and month layouts and team filters.
My Calendar
My Calendar shows appointments assigned to the signed-in therapist. It supports week and month views and only displays that therapist's appointments in the selected date range.
Team Calendar
Team Calendar is for admins and supervisors. It shows appointments across the organisation and supports filtering by:
- Therapist
- Learner
- Status
Week and month views
Both calendars support week and month navigation. Teams can switch views depending on whether they are checking day-to-day delivery or planning ahead.
Extra details shown in calendar entries
Calendar entries can include learner details, therapist details on the team view, appointment status, location, and any linked supervision window.
