Using Team Member SSO

How admins can open a supervisor or therapist account through the Team page without manually handling passwords.

Who can use team-member SSO?

Only admins can start team-member SSO, and it is only available for supervisors and therapists.

How it works

From the Team area, the admin can start an SSO action for a supported team member. The app generates a secure magic-link flow for that user and redirects into the main workspace.

What it is useful for

This is helpful for troubleshooting, confirming the staff experience, or checking access without asking the staff member to share credentials.

Important limitation

SSO is not offered for admin targets. It is specifically built for supervisor and therapist accounts.
