Creating AI Programmes

How AI-generated programmes work, who can use them, and how an AI draft becomes a reusable blueprint.

Who can use AI Programmes?

AI programme generation is limited to admins on the Pro plan.

How the AI flow works

  1. Open AI Programmes.
  2. Enter a programme description prompt.
  3. Optionally select learner context, a destination folder, and a programme icon.
  4. Generate the draft.
  5. Review the AI draft and any warnings.
  6. Save the result as a blueprint.

What AI creates

The AI flow does not create a live learner programme directly. It creates a reusable programme blueprint in the library, along with blueprint targets.

Why learner context is optional

You can generate a general blueprint or provide a learner to give the AI more context. If a learner is selected, the app validates that the learner exists before generation completes.

After saving

Once the AI draft is saved as a blueprint, admins can review it, edit it, and copy it to learners using the normal blueprint-to-learner assignment flow.
