Creating Learner Programmes

How admins and supervisors create learner-specific programmes, where they appear, and what defaults are applied.

Who can create learner programmes?

Admins and supervisors can create learner programmes. Therapists can view programmes but do not create them from the programme builder.

How to create a learner programme

Open the learner.
Go to Programmes or use Programmes from the library view.
Click New Programme or Add Programme.
Enter the programme name.
Optionally choose a learner folder, icon, and description.
Click Create programme.

How new programmes are created

New learner programmes are created as learner-specific records. At creation time, the flow defaults the programme status to draft.

Where to manage them

The learner page shows a read-only directory preview. Managers use the main Programmes area to manage ordering, folders, and edits across learners.
