How an admin copies a blueprint to a learner, what gets created, and how assigned learner programmes are tracked.

Who can copy a blueprint to a learner?

Only admins can copy a blueprint into a learner programme.

How assignment works

In the app, assignment is done by copying a blueprint to a learner. The result is a new learner-specific programme linked back to the source template.

What you can choose during copy

Which learner receives the programme
An optional learner programme name override
An optional destination folder for that learner

What happens after copy

The app creates a learner programme and redirects to that learner programme detail page. The blueprint detail screen also shows when the copy succeeds.

Tracking assigned learners

Blueprints include an assigned learners view that lists learner programmes created from that template. Managers can review those linked programmes and unassign them if needed.
