Joining An Organisation By Invite
What happens when a therapist or supervisor is invited and how the first sign-in flow works.
How invite links work
An admin sends a team invite for a therapist or supervisor. The invited person can use the link to sign up or log in with the same email address.
How the membership is claimed
After authentication, the app automatically claims the pending invitation and adds the user to the organisation with the invited role.
What users see after joining
Once the organisation membership exists, the app routes users into the main workspace. In normal use, therapists land in their calendar flow, while admins and supervisors use the dashboard-led setup flow.
Important reminder
The invited user must continue with the same email address that received the invitation, otherwise the pending invite cannot be matched correctly.
