What counts as an AI tool?

In the current platform, the main AI features are the BCBA Assistant and AI Programmes.

Plan access

Both are Pro-only features. Organisations on Free are shown upgrade messaging instead of the live AI workflow.

Role access

The AI routes are built as admin-only experiences in the app today.

Where each tool fits

AI Programmes are used in the programme library workflow, while the BCBA Assistant is used as a chat-based workspace for operational and learner-context questions.
