Filtering Learner Report Data
How date presets, custom ranges, status filters, and month selection shape the learner report output.
Date range filters
The learner report supports preset date ranges for the last 7, 30, or 90 days, plus a custom range using from and to dates.
Session status filters
Reports can be filtered to include:
- Completed sessions
- Submitted sessions
This is useful when teams want to compare delivery totals before and after session review workflows.
Monthly report month
The page also includes a separate month selector used by the monthly PDF export.
How filters affect the page
After applying filters, the summary cards, highlights, and target summary all reflect the selected range and statuses.
