These Terms of Service govern access to and use of the AB2 Learning website and software platform provided by AB2 Learning Ltd ("AB2", "we", "our", "us"). By using the website or platform, you agree to these terms.

Use of the service

You may use AB2 only for lawful business purposes and only in line with your role, account permissions, and any agreed subscription plan. You must not misuse the service, interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorised access, or use the service to store or share unlawful content.

Accounts and security

You are responsible for keeping login credentials secure and for activity that takes place under your account. If you believe your account has been compromised, contact us promptly through our contact page.

Customer data

Customers remain responsible for the personal data entered into AB2, including learner, staff, scheduling, session, and reporting records. You must ensure you have the right permissions, notices, and legal basis required to collect and use that data. AB2 processes customer data in order to provide the service.

Billing and subscriptions

Paid features may be subject to subscription fees. Where applicable, billing and payment processing are handled through Stripe. Fees are due as agreed at checkout or under your subscription terms, and access to paid features may be limited or suspended if payment is not received.

AI features

Some features may use third-party AI services to generate drafts, summaries, or suggestions. AI-generated output is provided for support purposes only and should be reviewed by qualified users before being relied on for clinical, operational, legal, or financial decisions.

Availability and changes

We may update, improve, restrict, or remove features from time to time. While we aim to keep the service available and reliable, we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access.

Intellectual property

AB2 and its licensors retain all rights in the website, platform, branding, software, and related materials, excluding customer data. You may not copy, reverse engineer, resell, or exploit the service except as permitted by law or with our written consent.

Suspension and termination

We may suspend or terminate access where necessary to protect the service, comply with law, address non-payment, or respond to material breaches of these terms. You may stop using the service at any time.

Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, AB2 provides the website and platform on an "as is" and "as available" basis and excludes indirect, consequential, or business interruption losses. Our total liability in connection with the service will be limited to the amount paid by the relevant customer to AB2 for the affected service in the 12 months before the claim arose.

Use of the service is also subject to our Privacy notice.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the website or platform after an update takes effect means you accept the revised terms.
