Free plan

The app's Free plan includes 1 learner and product guidance for 1 therapist and 1 supervisor.

Pro plan

Pro unlocks unlimited learners, therapists, and supervisors, plus Pro-only AI features such as the BCBA Assistant and AI Programmes.

How billing works on Pro

Pro uses learner-based billing. The billing page shows the billed learner count and the monthly cost based on that count.

Where to check your current plan

Admins can open Billing to see whether the organisation is currently on Free or Pro, along with renewal and billing-period details when available.
