Managing Billing In Stripe

How Pro organisations manage their subscription in Stripe and when learner usage syncing is helpful.

Stripe portal access

If the organisation already has an active Pro subscription and Stripe customer record, the Billing page shows actions to Adjust plan or Manage in Stripe.

What admins do there

Admins use the Stripe portal to manage payment details and subscription changes for the organisation.

Learner usage sync

The billing workflow also supports syncing learner usage with Stripe when needed. This is helpful if the organisation's billed learner count needs to be refreshed against current app usage.

Billing management is an admin-only workflow.
