Checking Billing Status In Settings
How the Settings page gives admins a quick billing snapshot and a link into the full billing workflow.
What the billing panel shows
The Settings page includes a small Billing status section showing whether the organisation is currently on Free or Pro.
What the status text means
On Free, the app reminds admins that only one learner is included and that AI features require Pro. On Pro, it confirms that Pro billing is active.
When to use this section
This panel is a quick reference only. For plan changes, payment details, or subscription management, admins should use the main Billing page.
